Artborne breast pads provide both cooling and warming therapy to ease discomfort caused by nursing and to stimulate milk flow.
Warming therapy can help loosen clogged milk ducts to make feeding easier. Cooling therapy soothes pain and discomfort associated
with engorgement or weaning.

These soft, flexible pads have a cone shape that molds to your breast for a comfortable fit and instant relief and should always
be used with the soft sleeves. They can be worn with a regular bra or nursing bra.
3. Easy to Heat and Cool
To warm the pads, simply place in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. To enjoy the benefits of cold therapy, place the pads in
a refrigerator for about an hour before use.
4. Safe and Reusable
This pads are safe for nursing moms and reusable. You could clean the pad in warm water with some mild dish washing soap. Do not
use a brush or scourer or abrasive cleaning agent. You can clean the sleeve by hand or in the washing machine at a low temperature.
1. Keep the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Apply the frozen ice pack to the affected area for 20 minutes.
Heat Therapy
In hot water
1. Boil a pot of water.
2. Take the pot off the heat.
3. Immerse the gel pack in hot water for 10 minutes.
4. Apply to the affected area.
In the microwave
1. Place the gel pack in the microwave, making sure the gel is evenly distributed.
2. Microwave the gel pack for a period of 15 seconds at medium setting, check for desired temperature, and microwave again, if needed.
